Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Vera Shi Hair, quality is everything. Every strand is carefully selected to deliver premium performance, confidence, and consistency. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • Hair must be completely unopened
  • The original hygiene seal must be intact
  • Product must be in its original packaging
  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

* Any used, altered, damaged, or improperly returned items will be sent back to the client at their expense. *

No exceptions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened hair extensions
  • Products with broken hygiene seals
  • All accessories and tools

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, exchange, or warranty claim:

  1. Visit our return portal
  2. Enter your order number and email
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return
  4. Follow the guided steps

Important:

All return requests must include photos showing:

  • Current condition of the product
  • Original packaging

Requests submitted without photo proof will not be processed.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to complete your return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation
  • You’ll be notified whether your refund is approved or denied
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Return Shipping

  • Clients are responsible for their own return postage & tracking
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Vera Shi Hiar is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages

 

Warranty Coverage

All Vera Shi Hair extensions include a 3-month manufacturing warranty.

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Issues with the weft bond (top of the extension) such as:
    • Bond breakdown
    • Excessive shedding across the entire weft (not localized damage)

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from improper handling or misuse
  • Chemical processing (coloring, lifting, etc.)
  • Alterations or tampering with wefts
  • Improper installation or application
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Fading (all hair naturally fades over time)

Hair extensions behave like natural hair — longevity depends on care, maintenance, and usage.
