Processing Times

In-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays.

Pre-order and special-order items require approximately 1–4 weeks for processing before shipment. Any estimated delivery time begins after your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Destinations and Rates

We currently ship within Canada and to the United States. Available shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout based on the destination and order details.

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders of $250 or more, as calculated at checkout.

Delivery and Tracking

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided by email when available.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed.
